        Sample RFQs use synthetic data; uploaded drawings are read live and never stored. Pipedrive / QuickBooks / email actions are previews — no external system is written to. Gemini performs the drawing extraction and bay counting in three isolated passes; deterministic rules calculate the BOM and cross-check the counts against the drawing's own dimensions. In this demo the customer email is parsed by deterministic pattern rules, not AI, and never reaches the drawing reader. Every value carries a source so the reviewer can see exactly what to trust. Beam and upright ratings come from Ridg-U-Rak's published 2024 capacity tables; stocked sizes, anchors per frame and decks per bay are a per-dealer config.
